We had a really good lunch here. My lamb was delicious and my niece's steak sandwich was just as she wanted. Portions were ideal for lunch and the wine was served chilled and in an ice bucket (something you don't get in a lot of eating places). Our waiter (Andy) was very pleasant and helpful. Location was good although the weather wasn't. Only negative was the music and that's only because I'm not a fan of piped music when I'm eating.

Excellent tapas and pinxtos which were a little different from the usual offerings. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was a restaurant that doesn't have enough wine glasses. Never come across that before, you need to sort that asap as it spoiled the first 30 minutes. It wasn't as if the restaurant was completely full!!

lovely café style restaurant difficult to find but worth the effort nice food served with a smile if not very efficient when hugely busy as was the case, long wait, but still worth recommending, by the water, great ambience

As on our previous visit, the food was very good. Both the skewers and the food cooked to order were delicious, especially the lamb. The only slight downside was the slightly disappointing desserts. We had the creme brulee which was quite large and not very inspiring and the gourmand which was tasty but again not very inspiring. The service as on last occasion was very good. All staff were polite, helpful, not fussy and very engaging. Overall a lovely evening thanks.

We went for brunch and then (encouraged by what we found) booked for an evening meal for 5. We ended up opting for the £25 per head + wine for S&S's own selection of tapas. We were not disappointed. A particular early favourite was the take on a scotch egg but with a rich runny yolk and mushroom duxelle and a crispy breadcumb coating. The charred octopus with perronata was a tentacular specular. I fully recommend this as for a special evening of family dining.
