Allen Diwan's Spice Lab, Indian Gastrobar
As the name suggests, this is Allen’s Spice Lab, which means that this is where we experience flavors and spices, textures and ingredients. In addition, it is his own interpretation of the usual Indian food, which touches it a little, so that the dishes are a little lighter, better and simply delicious, using high-quality ingredients. Allen Diwan has a long history of preparing Indian food and has worked throughout Europe.

                                                          They booked us in for 6pm and the restaurant was closed. We waited for 15 minutes but doors remained closed.

                                                          We enjoyed very much our dinner at SpiceLab. Tasty food, good music, nice place. The rhythm of the whole evening was very slow, so only come here if you have time. It's worth the waiting!

                                                          It was an amazing and delicious experience We loved each course and had a great time there. The two chefs really love cooking and creating dishes. Definitely recommended!

                                                          I never actually are there due to the fact I went and the restaurant was not even open, this is after receiving a confirmation of my booking! Then I wrote to them on their Facebook page and STILL 5 days later zero response! If this is how they run their business, image how they run the kitchen! I would not recommend, don't waste your time because their ignorance is beyond acceptable, no excuse will compensate for allowing someone to book a table, confirming then no response, ignorance and arrogance are a terrible mix!
