In early 2019, the Siguenza Family welcomed the newest additions to the JS Restaurant Group with the openings of South Bay New Haven and South Bay Greenwich. Wonderful meal, as always! One of my favorite restaurants in New Haven! The food is excellent and the cocktails are tasty and reasonably priced.

Delicious food and drinks and great ambience. Made reservation through open table for table for 2-S, and mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday. When we got there, the host proceeded to seat us by the bar in high top table. My husband told the host it was my birthday and would prefer to be seated in the back. Host mentioned there was a large group coming and might be a little noisy. Host went to asked someone then she came back and we were able to get seated in the back. The whole dinner experience was perfect-it was cozy and warm (it was 32 degrees). The large group didn’t arrived until we had our dessert. I would recommend this to try and would definitely go back. Take note, it’s not a large restaurant-perfect for Quiet night , date night

Great lunch! I don’t usually do prix fixe but they had a lot of really nice options for a great price. I will definitely return!

This was our 1st time dining at South Bay. The food was excellent. We had thelollipop lamb chops for an appetizer and they were delicious. The main courses were superior. Drinks were excellent. Price was extremely reasonable and the service was superb. I would definitely dine here again

Everything about this experience was AMAZING. The food was delicious and the service was prompt and professional. If you have an open pallet and few coins- this is a spot to try. You are downtown- so noise level may vary based on the time of day you visit. Regardless- you won’t regret it

Always a great meal and they always accommodate us when we are late and trying to get to theater! Super convenient. Friendly wait staff. Diverse and tasty menu. Highly recommend!

Food was fantastic - creative options, everything was delicious and well seasoned. Service was also great and attentive. We went right after a show at the Shubert which was also right before a later show so they had both crowds. They were well staffed and ready to go!
