Our name, SOT(솥), is the Korean word for a traditional cooking pot, the soul of every Korean kitchen. It is a symbol of warmth, nourishment, and hearty meals shared with loved ones.

Our signature SOT BAP (rice cooked in a pot) brings out rich flavours and a perfect texture using the traditional Korean rice cooking method. It’s a symphony of flavours, enhanced by the finest ingredients carefully layered.

Beyond SOT BAP, our BANSANG menu offers a complete Korean dining experience. With a variety of seasonal banchan (side dishes) and a comforting soup, each Bansang is a curated experience of Korean culinary traditions.
