Incredible food. We had an amazing dinner. The sommelier was really engaging and had a perfect balance of knowledge without pretentiousness. All the waiting staff were chatty and had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The snacks and champagne at the start were a lovely opener. Standout would be the chocolate caviar dessert and the pork dish which was sublime.

I went for lunch on Thursday 6th We had the full Tasting Menu. I have to say that the food was excellent the service second to none. Our waitress was very attentive and all the other waitresses were also top rate. The whole experience was top rate If you have a spare afternoon I can not recommend it enough Thank you for looking after us so well Jason & Steve

Lovely food. Service could have been more relaxed. You expect a M* restaurant to overcharge for wine but the Paysan ‘23 (although nice) mark up of >£100 is quite excessive.
