   We were on time , yet had to wait 10 minutes to be seated Took waiter a while to come to us, but he had a lot of tables & large parties Bill was wrong & manager stepped into help I’m blaming it all on timing- big groups due to holidays Will be back though!

   Poor service, fair food. We had asked for more chips and salsa and the server actually responded, "be patient" and walked away. We were all taken aback. What kind of response was that? He then proceed to take 20 minutes to return with a basket of chips and salsa. We kept having to flag him down to order more food and dessert. I guess he didn't care to give us good service since we were a party of 8 and the gratuity was automatically added. Food was standard. No reason to return.

   Our service was horrible. The server was not friendly at all. I don’t know his name, but we barely saw him the whole time we were there. I had to get up several times to find another server to ask for things since our server barely came to our table. At the end he came by to tell us he has been at the bar because someone was let go or sent home, but absolutely no excuse for the horrendous service we were given. We still tipped 20%, as I’m a server as well and understand we rely on tips, but this experience will likely keep me from ever coming back to this restaurant ever again.

   A friendly hostess, nice indoor and outdoor seating, good service but average food. Sort of underwhelming but they do have a vast menu and we didn’t try everything on their menu. Cocktail pricing was reasonable and there’s easy parking next door with 1.5 hours free with validation from the hostess.

   Food was very good. We came on a Sunday evening and the restaurant wasn’t very busy, but the service was slow even to get a drink order in.

   Loved the live music for Taco Tuesday and the Taco Tuesday menu. Will definitely be back. Trianna was the best!

    What a nightmare! We keep going back hoping things will be get better but they just got worst! Go to the Newport location that one is run really well and we always have a good meal!
