Sports bar/restaurant that is a great choice if you need to stay close to the TUS airport. Menu has a nice variety, place is modern and comfortable with big screens but it's the lovely staff who make the most impact. Friendly, helpful and charming.

This is by far the best restaurant in the area. The food is great, service was top notch, and you can watch any game on a bunch of TVs. The beer on tap was very good (variety of Tucson Brewery selections on tap, which are part of the daily happy hour specials). The cocktail selection looked really good too. I also noticed they just added dart boards and a pool table to the lower area. I will likely be making this spot a go-to from now on.

I really enjoy this restaurant. I used to frequent this place when it was the R + R Grill, but now they changed the name to Sol Bar and Grill after the renovating the hotel. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly by Zach and Justin and seated at a booth. The ambiance was perfect with the TV's, music and lighting. They feature local "Best Brews" which was cold and delicious. Our meals were served promptly. The NY Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The chimichurri that was on the steak was awesome. The chicken apple salad was also a hit. It had fresh apples and apple chips with goat cheese and caramelized almonds and the dressing. It was a perfect combination of textures and flavors, and that dressing! They were also featuring a Watermelon Salad as the monthly special, which looked delicious. Perhaps we will visit again before the end of the month.
