   Had really high hopes! Service was slow even before it got crowded -- had to track down our server multiple times to order, get refills, the check, etc. Food was decent, but not the best Mexican I've had in Louisville, yet it cost almost $100 for one adult and two kids.

   The drinks and ambiance of the place was amazing - the waiter seemed like she was rushing us when there were not that many people in the restaurant and also messed up our order

   There was a large obnoxious group of people having a celebration They could be heard throughout the restaurant We asked our server if she could ask them to tone it down but she refused The group became even louder when some of the servers took part of the celebration by having a drink with the people at the table the whole night was terrible and we will not go back

   This is a fun restaurant. We had great food and a nice time. Our waitress had high energy. Food is delicious.

   Just way too loud. This was my first time trying to dine at Sol Aztecas when they had live music playing. And the volume was deafening… like club level. We were on the other side of the restaurant and could barely have a conversation at our table. Much too loud for a restaurant at 7:00 pm.

   We waited 2hrs to get our food. The staff was not attentive to the tables request for appetizers and had to be reminded numerous times. Drinks went unfilled for much of the wait time. At one point I saw our server wipe her nose with her bare hand and then proceeded to grab margarita glasses by the rim. -Extremely unsanitary -Horrible service -Live music was awful and was uncomfortable on my children’s ears due to the volume level. -Food was mediocre at best. Save your money and avoid this establishment. Unless poor service, Risk of contracting some form of sickness and mediocre food is your thing.

    We made a reservation for Mother’s Day. We knew it was going to be busy and it was so we were fine with that but it took an hour and a half to get our food! When our food came, one of the parties food did not come until the rest of us had finished eating. We talked to the manager and they did take that meal off the bill. The food was dry and bland and for the prices at this restaurant just not good. Spanish rice, which is a very basic was dry and tasted like it was warmed up. I doubt we will be going back.
