   Didn’t know where to eat as everywhere busy during rugby weekend. Tried here on spec and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Lovely food with great service !

   We’ve been coming here regularly for drinks as always made to feel so welcome by all staff and this time we had brunch. The choice of food was excellent and the food we chose was delicious - Eggs Benedict and Shakshouka. We were served by a lovely waitress Georgie, who was very friendly. efficient and polite. We will definitely return 😊 and would definitely recommend.

   Amazing place, the food never disappoints, the coffee is very good, not too strong, not sour, the staff is so kind and welcoming, the place is beautiful, we come to Edinburgh twice a year and always come here for lunch. It is the highlight of our trip, could not say a single bad thing about the place, it truly is one of the best restaurants we've ever been here.

   My second time here. I really like this restaurant. Great atmosphere, lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and good value for money. I’ve been twice for dinner, must now try the brunch menu!

   Absolutely wonderful place. I booked for my daughter’s birthday but came over feeling really ill when I was there (I had been unwell all day and risked trying to go out for birthday pizza!) I wasn’t able to stay, but the staff were incredible. They boxed up our pizza, made sure I was okay, and made me a ginger tea to walk home with. The staff were honestly unbelievably kind and helpful and went way beyond to make sure I was okay. Couldn’t be more grateful! And gutted we were not able to stay. The atmosphere was lovely and the restaurant was spotless and smelled amazzzzzing!

   We had a lovely tea here before a show at the Edinburgh Playhouse. My husband had the burger and I had the lamb koftas. I also asked if I could have a portion of wedges which weren't on the menu as a side and they were happy to do this. The service was very good too. Recommend for a pre show meal or anytime, the breakfasts look good too!
