   We had our booking at 20:45 and at 20:55 the waiter appeared telling us we have just 5 minutes to make the order. After 30 minutes the waiter appeared telling us they had an accident in the kitchen and could not serve anything to us. We left without eating anything.

   *FOUR to FIVE Stars BEFORE* From the opening in 2022 until early 2024 this restaurant was absolutely great. The music selection has never matched the Mexican atmosphere and it was too loud, but the food was great before. TWO stars now, 08 February 2025 is our last visit. 1. Our table was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait to figure out where we are being seated, we were even asked to come 15 minutes early. 2. They changed the quantity/size of the Margarita bottle to a lesser amount but raised the price to 90 euros from 80 euros. Then they brought us glasses without salt on them. A margarita drink without salt on the glass it's unheard of in a Mexican restaurant. 3. The main course took more than 45-50 minutes after we finished our appetizers, where we had to ask if they had forgotten our order. Others with larger parties came in after us and had their appetizers and main course served before ours. 4. Right away from the food presentation we realized this is a different chef. The tortillas were soggy where they fell apart as you try to eat the tacos, the tacos were overfilled, and all the garnish on top is ridiculous. Overall it was an unpleasant dinner nor was it tasteful as it used to be before. I left two tacos on the plate untouched as it was not good at all. They've also reduced their menu drastically to cater to the European palette. The coriander was missing on the tacos. 5. The server was not too attentive to check on our table and we had to flag him down to ask for our food, for ordering more drinks, and to pay. But he constantly went to the table next to us to fill their wine drinks. This restaurant has lost it better moments and great food from before, definitely not returning again.

   War wie immer schön. Wir meinen die Essensqualität hat wieder zugenommen. Vermisse etwas die Asuwahl der verschiedenen Sharing Menus. Die Akkustik ist ein Thema. Mit Background Musik und vielen Gästen ist Tischgespräch(wir waren 8 an einem längeren Tisch) schwierig. Das kam auch als Feedback von den Gästen. Sonst alles wunderbar. Zu Beginn dauerte es etwas lang bis die Starter kamen.

   Funky decor and Ok service but food falls far short for prices paid. Frankfurt city is expensive in general but CSM needs to improve at these prices.

    Schönes Ambiente, nette leider nicht sehr kompetente Bedienung. Das Essen war in Ordnung, hat aber unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Es fällt negativ auf, dass man nur zwei Stunden bleiben darf. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Wir hatten uns mehr von unserem Besuch erhofft.
