Service was poor. Food was bland, mediocre and too expensive for what you got. Drinks were great. Ambiance was nice. Music was fantastic.

The jazz trio I saw was amazing as was the food and service. Truly wonderful venue that's clearly interested in supporting the arts. Definitely coming back when I visit NY next!

Very nice venue. Every seat is a good seat. They were very welcoming. The service was excellent and the food was good. We enjoyed the show.

The music is phenomenal. The welcome from employees is kind. Food seems overpriced, considering that there is a music charge too, but I realize that one pays for the intimate setting. It's a rare opportunity to hear top shelf musicians in a small space.

It was my husbands birthday and the manager and server arranged for a little candle in his dessert and champagne! We were so happy! The music was fantastic and the food was filling and in good portions. Although, I was wishing for just a few more shrimps in the shrimp cocktail (the cocktail sauce was amazing that’s why!) Will be back!

We love SMOKE Jazz. Our only observation this time was the use of cell phones by numerous people during performance.....sharing photos, laughing, etc. I found that distracting and rude to both performers and audience. Maybe you might consider banning cell phone use within venue during performances. Other than that, we thank you once again for a lovely evening. Eric Reed's Quintet was wonderful.
