   Mobile ordering was a disaster, supporting service was even worse. Staff brought food first, we had to ask for silverware and plates, they only brought three sets when we had a party of four. Had to then ask for our drinks, refills didn’t come until after our meal was finished. No water refills.

   Menu, ordering & payment are all done via QR code. No wait staff. Runners bring you everything but not a lot of interaction with staff. Food came out as ordered & in a reasonable amount of time. Guess just a new concept to get used to.

   Service was outstanding. The only issue was the ordering and the app we had to order from an adequate needs to be redone.

   We just stopped in for drinks. We did not have any of the food. Order is done through a QR code. There is no waiter or waitress to talk to. You pay via your phone and the QR code. Drinks came out separately after a long wait. Extremely loud. May be better to do during the week.

   Small Giant has incredible food, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff, but the drink service was a letdown. As a bar, you’d expect drinks to be a highlight, yet ours arrived 30 minutes after the food. Since orders are placed electronically, there’s no coordination, so while the food impressed, the long wait for drinks dampened the experience. We would have spent much more on drinks if we hadn’t been discouraged by the delays. If they can streamline the drink service, it would be a fantastic spot.

   Extremely poor service- restaurant has you order through app, and our drinks and food were forgotten 4 times in the span of an hour. Appetizers came cold. When addressing with the food runner his only response was “sorry” with no solution or explanation. We had to cancel our orders after an hour and a half in order to make our next obligation.

   Unfortunately we were very disappointed in this place. We went because we read about their Christmas experience and it didn’t live up to the expectations. First they had four Christmas specialty cocktails and were out of two of them. Do you not make more if you run out of something? So you have a special going which is bringing people in and you run out on a Friday and don’t bother making more for the Saturday crowd? Second the bartender we had was very sub par. He made my drink and set it in front of me half full. You’re paying 15-20 dollars for half a martini glass? He must have read my face because he was like let me add some mix to that and poured it straight into my martini glass from the mix squeeze bottle? I’ve never been a bartender but we frequent a lot of bars and have never had that happen. Sitting at the bar watching him I realized he did this with almost every drink, or he would make two drinks of the same and one glass would end up half full the other 3/4 full and he would just add mixer to each? The food was ok, we got the onion soup that was bland, but the pizza was good. The atmosphere was very festive and I loved the Christmas feel. We were really hoping for a great experience since we are season ticket holders to the lightning and always looking for new places to go before the game but unfortunately this will probably not be on the list. We will probably give it another chance since I hate to right of places on the first try but the first impression was not good. Again, disappointed especially since we really like their sister bar bouzy.

    We had a 10 am reservation for brunch which is when they open. Doors didn’t open until 10:04 and we weren’t seated until 10:10. Automated online ordering wasn’t working so our order wasn’t taken until 10:20 when we were told it would take 10 minutes to brew the coffee. Five minutes later we were told someone had removed the coffee maker. We left.
