Slope Room is an Alpine Bistro focused on the connection between Rocky Mountain farmers and ranchers.     My first experience at Slope Room was in December, Dunja made sure we came back and I made sure to book at least two reservations at this restaurant during this trip. Service, ambience, decor, presentation, and taste 10/10. Yesterday Ilyan took great care of us. He suggested the 10 oz filet mignon… it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Each bite was glorious. Thank you to the hands that made each dish for our table, and thank you to the entire team for an amazing hospitality experience. Dunja and Ilyan are simply exceptional in so many ways. There are great restaurants in Vail that I love, but to me, Slope Room has earned the #1 place.

    The Slope Room is a very fine high end restaurant but expect to pay high prices. The food, service and atmosphere are all excellent.

    We had a wonderful dining experience at Slope Room tonight! We took the recs from Jackie, our waitress (although she made us feel like a friend by the end of the night!) and ordered the cornbread & beef tartare for starters. They were both innovative and delicious! We then had the trout and Yukon gold mashed potatoes for our entree! The trout was light and touched on all the different palate notes! We ended the night with the s’mores baked Alaska which was divine! We loved our meal and the service and will definitely plan on returning the next time we are in Vail! MIKE FROM INDIANA…. YOU DEFINITELY MISSED THE MARK ON THIS RESTAURANT! 😂

    Incredible dinner experience. We had the hamachi crudo, beef tartare and cornbread as appetizers and then we all had the short rib for main. Perfect quality and perfect service. An absolute must for dinner in Vail.

    We absolutely LOVED our food and the impeccable service ! We had a party of 10 next to us extremely loud. Lovely room, beautiful wineglasses etc Expensive but the grill items (80-100 ish apiece) were excellent, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented - we all would go there again in a heart beat ! Don't pass up the crispy Brussels sprouts !!
