    Beautiful and staff courteous and professional, but service was extremely slow! We were very surprised as that had not been our experience in the past, and we were celebrating a birthday and wanted to go back to the pool before it closed, but could not due to this delay ☹️

    Skyhigh NEVER disappoints!!! We love bringing guests who visit out of town here because of the incredible view, the staff is always so nice and the drinks are amazing.

    We dined for Sunday Brunch. Food was good, but not worth the price point. There were multiple service issues. The host was dismissive and told us to wait in the lobby while they got ready for seating, but then never came to get us when the table was ready. The kitchen took forever for our first course (served 45min after seating), made a mistake involving an allergen (nuts were put on a dish flagged as a nut allergy), and then our main course was served 1.5 hours after seating time. There was even a mistake on the bill at the end of the meal. The servers were kind and professional, but appeared stressed. I do not think we were the only table experiencing issues. Maybe they were short staffed today, but for the price of this meal I would have expected more polished and timely service.

    Tried to order a drink at the bar, used their website to order but the bartender told me they no longer have it. Drinks we did get we enjoyed. Server was very accommodating but sometimes hard to find. My girlfriend asked one of the staff delivering the food a question and she seemed almost offended that we asked. The person that delivered the desserts was super friendly and genuinely seemed happy to help us.

    I visit this place all the time, there is always excellent service, I can say this time it seem they forgot about my reservation time, until I said something after waiting 11minutes later watching them seat and help others but that gets a pass no biggie they were polite, professional still and overall I had a phenomenal time like always, I have videos of this place on YouTube to watch the amazing experience.
