    Wagyu Beef Burger und Pommes waren ausgezeichnet. Netter Empfang, Service hatte im Verlauf dann nachgelassen. Zum Schluss wurde man schnell abgefertigt. Aber allein wegen der Aussicht und den Toiletten ein Besuch wert.

    Hello - a HUGE thank you to Asore in the SKYLOUNGE for looking after us so very well again as he did at my 60th last year - Asore is so attentive, generous in spirit, warm of heart and so welcoming thank him again please - also to dear Nony who is absolutely brilliant, personable, professional, warm and welcoming - also a thanks to Michael and Yousline in the SKYLOUNGE and Suzy who welcomed us upstairs. Brittany / Bethany apologies sp ? introduced herself again like last time - thank you for the welcome Woww !! the Shangri-la ethos I find throughout your many hotels in some 76 global destinations adhere's truely to excellence all round - and as your ethos proves !! Every day, we strive to bring our core values to life: respect, humility, courtesy, helpfulness and sincerity. All these ideals combine to make Shangri-La a unique culture to work in.     Awful food. awful service. We were asked if we wanted the bill before we were asked to order food. Food was bland abd extremely overpriced. Prawns ovwrcooked and sauce poor flavour. Spring rolls dry. Ceaser salad. basically just iceberg lettuce with a small amount of dressing. Jasmine rice came with no sixe dipping sauce. First time we have been anywhere and no side dipping sauce cor rice. Not even soy !! £108 for that rubbish. Worst meal we have had anywhere in London. Saving grace. Good cocktails.
