   Waiter was amazing and atmosphere was nice. Called ahead and even put notes in reservation that it was a birthday and requested the fire pit it a really nice table and didn’t get either.

   The staff was helpful and understanding when my sister was 20 minutes late. They checked in with us during the meal to ensure we were doing ok. They were polite and professional.

   Went there for a pre dinner drink.. we were informed they were short staffed so if we wanted to sit in the outdoor lounge area we would have to order our own drinks at food at the bar and bring them to the lounge area so we opted to seat at a high top somewhat defeating the purpose of the experience of a rooftop bar and the soda we ordered was very flat .. we ordered appetizers and it was ok … it was a mid experience.

   Food was good, but pretty typical bar fare. We came for the whiskey but were disappointed to find out that the whiskey list is severely outdated. Private Barrel selections were out, special bottlings were out and it was a little disheartening. The server was super nice and did her best despite having no busser to assist her. The whiskey bar bartenders were nice and made plenty of suggestions. Ambiance is nice, hotel lobby is gorgeous but yeah, update your whiskey list.

   Service was terrible and the food mediocre. Cocktails were the only thing going but rarely saw our server to have more than 1.

   Our experience this evening didn’t hit the marks we first experienced about a year ago. The waitress was quite all over the place and seemed to push drinks catering towards her likes vs the customers. Even when we shared the drink made was incorrect. We absolutely love Sky Rooftop, but this time just didn’t seem to be as fun or enjoyable. Unfortunately, our group moved down to the lobby to enjoy Charlie Palmer and it checked all the boxes for us regarding food, drinks and atmosphere. I appreciate you reaching out to me about this experience. Makes us want to come back more when people care.

   Sadly disappointed. We had seen the previous reviews and to be honest we gave the place the benefit of the doubt. But sadly this place definitely lived up to its disappointing reviews. We waited 20 minutes for a server to even come by, and we didn’t get all of our entrees. The quickest service we received was when we received our checks which also were not correct. Such a shame for a place with such pretty views of NAPA.

   This is a unique and beautiful restaurant with an open air setting. Lovely views and ambience. The and food was excellent and the servers were attentive and pleasant. I would definitely come back.

   Our experience here was horrible. The patio was filthy and it took 20 minutes for a server to come and take our order, then another 20 minutes before we had our drinks and it wasn't even busy. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get two cocktails. Then when we were ready to check out, we couldn't find our server, she never came back to see if we wanted food or a second drink. So disappointing, especially for the price tag! Go elsewhere, we had an amazing experiences at Napa Valley Distillery and the Andaz Napa bar in the hotel just down the street.

    Took our server 30 minutes to come over. If it wasn’t a Saturday we would have left 10 minutes into waiting. Once she finally realized we needed to be waited on, she was kind. She had our food out pretty quickly. Food was ok, but ambience on the roof top was cool.
