Choose from three exquisite options for each course during our exclusive three-course dinners at 5:45 or 8 pm, starting with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Sundays feature a six-course wine-paired extravaganza. Apres sessions return, exploring our curated wine list with exquisite fondue.

Charcuterie options and a selection of signature cocktails are also available to complement your experience.     We had an amazing experience last night at Six Degrees Bistro. We booked in for the 6 course degustation with paired wines. Each wine was carefully selected and to the beautifully curated dish. I would fly back to Canada just to sit through this in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us.

    We enjoy’d the Sunday evening dinner and wine pairing ..,, six courses, six wines… an absolutely over the top experience… 6 Degrees is Big White’s fine dining restaurant which is superior to many places in major Cities We travel the world and this restaurant is always part of our best to enjoy
