   The server was not thorough in explaining the menu. In fact, she didn’t even ask if we had ever been there (we hadn’t) or if we understood the concept. She did not offer recommendations or suggestions. She did not explain the food when it came out on the hot stone. She did not ask if we would like a second cocktail- we barely saw her enough to ask either. We also had to ask for water refills. The servers are wearing t-shirts which feels inappropriate for the atmosphere and menu pricing. Lots of employees were on the clock but they didn’t seem to be utilizing their time properly. Food was average to good. This new establishment needs better trained staff if they are going to make it

   First time eating here. Loved the concept and the food was really good. Service was a bit disappointing. We were a party of 4. 3 meals came out of the kitchen at the same time, but 4th person didn’t get It. After 10 mins, we tried to flag down our server but couldn’t find him. After another 5 mins, we asked another server for help. She brought over a tray with the proteins but the sauces never came out. By the time our last person got his meal, the rest of us had been waiting 20 mins to eat and our food was somewhat cold. Could be a random service experience but we may wait a bit to come back for kinks to be worked out.

   Cocktails and food were delicious. We did a combo of hot stone and menu items. Both were very good

   Had reservations. Our party of 4 was seated by the door; we asked to be moved to a different table and were accommodated immediately. Several of our party wanted a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc; the restaurant was out of it. The restaurant provided a substitute on the house. 2 of our party were celebrating a birthday; the restaurant provided a birthday dessert on the house. Our server was great, the manager came over to see how everything was. One of the party had a meal with the 500 degree stone and it worked out very nicely. Others had the kitchen-prepared meals (halibut, pork chop and chicken) and enjoyed them thoroughly.

   Such a wonderful evening.. so much fun to cook our steak and seafood. The sauces and sides were fabulous.. our waitress Trish was delightful…Manager Bryan went above and beyond to welcome us..give them a try❤️❤️❤️

   Fun concept, great food. The only reason not to give them a 5 star rating is the fact that it too over 15 minutes for anyone to come to the table. I understand being busy but when your table is at arms length from the hostess stand and three of them are just standing around chatting and looking at their phones, it’s poor management of resources. Once the service begin our server was excellent and was able to provide with great service and was very attentive. We will be back once the season has ended.

    Another wonderful experience. Keelie was our server and was polite prompt and explained the menu to our guest. The food came out quick and it was delicious. We will be back again.
