    My significant other and I went to simply fondue for Valentines lunch the food was amazing, the experience with cooking your own food was great. The service was great as well. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant.

    Horrible experience. 8:45 reservation, told to wait 15-25 minutes past that time. Then the time between courses was 20-30 minutes. We were sitting there for 3 hours! Ended up leaving before getting the last course. What as waste of money, for $240 I would have gone somewhere better. A frustrating experience from beginning to end.

    My experience was less than desirable for the price point. The stove didn’t work and we had to move half way in between, the waiter spilt mustard powder all over the table, the waiter was unfamiliar how to poor a glass of wine and asked multiple times if I would pour the wine. The experience was 2 hours and 45 minutes. I will not be returning.

    Our waiter was horrible. Never asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything. Took forever to get any food or service from him. Ruined the entire experience. Really disappointed. I’ve been many times and this was the worst time.
