Our staff will provide excellent food, beverage, and service that will bring you back wanting more. Usually love to celebrate at Simon’s, however tonight want a good experience. But to be fair, it was incredibly busy and loud. Reservation was right on time, however, extra long wait for rolls, food and broccoli was not cooked well. Almost raw and cold. Fries were cold that came with hamburger and the price was astronomical compared to the quality of the food tonight. We were all disappointed as most times it is good.

I love dining at Simon's. The food is always good and the chef prepares food that is safe for me. As a celiac, I can't have gluten, but I don't have to worry much there because he adjust the dishes that can be adjusted. I have lots of choices there. I also love the building it's in. And I love the waitress we usually get. All in all, a great night out.

I have been to Simon’s many times. The food is consistently delicious, especially the filet. I love the salad bar, and all of the appetizers are excellent! Stacee makes amazing drinks from the bar. Everyone is friendly and it’s a great place to spend time with friends and family.

Our New Year’s Eve meal was absolutely delicious. The petite sirloin and lobsters tail were cooked to perfection. Our server Taylor took excellent care of us. We will be back soon!

The food was perfect and plenty of it. Our server never let our glass get empty. Food came out very timely. Staff is so nice!

Really enjoyed dining at Simon's. The grilled salmon was excellent, the broccoli and baked sweet potato was delicious. Our server Bridget took very good care of our table of 8. She deserves a raise by the way! It was our first time eating here but definitely will not be our last.

Dinner and service were excellent. Chef Rich stopped at our table and talked to us a few minutes. It is always a pleasure to speak with Chef Rich and to tell him how much we love his dishes!

Very relaxing nice lighting food was great ,pricey but great overall love having them here in our small town Bolivar, it's like a taste of the city without the noise.

Our food and service were excellent. The only disappointment were they were out of the pork ribeye and the onion rings. Otherwise, 5 stars.
