   SIM was 10/10. The food was delicious, the ambience during the week was chill and vibrant at the same time and the service was excellent.

   Food was good and the service very good. We have been to sim numerous time, but I just saw that you need a credit card to keep a reservation, and they will charge you $5.00 per person if you have to cancel During the 24 hours prior to the reservation. Sorry but you lost a customer, don’t even Michelin star restaurant do that.

   We really enjoyed our meal and our server. Our only issues were - the AC was too cold for me and at times, the music a little too loud. However, that would not keep us from going back. Great evening!

   I thought the goat cheese app was average. The veggie sushi roll had zero love when compared to the rolls coming to the other tables. 18% service charge is high with no exception to tip less.

   We came for a date night and it was great. Service: We were seated immediately and attended to just as quickly. Our waitress was great, she checked on us often and cleared our table often as well. Food: Food was so good and flavorful! It came out super quick, we got to our reservation earlier then our time and our food was delivered quickly. We ordered the “goat cheese and fig”, “waygu sliders” some sushi and “mango chicken” allllll were amazing. Came out hot and fresh. Ambiance: Ambiance were great, there was a rowdy party behind us that made it hard to talk but that’s not the fault of the restaurant. It’s just an intimate and cozy place that’s meant to be chill and relaxing. Price: The portions were healthy (even our appetizers - goat cheese and fig had plenty of thick bread, our waygu sliders were thick too.) The fried rice and mango chicken was also plentiful. For 2 people with 2 appetizers, 1 drink and 2 meals it came out to $120.00 which isn’t bad for a date night.

   Leidy was an amazing server. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. The food was great. Only downside is the included gratituity that misleads you. Then they go as far as to say “100% of your tip goes to the staff” referring to whatever you tip in addition to the included gratuity. It would be nice to have the choice on what I want to give. In addition to that, once it was closing time, the other server (not ours) was basically rushing us out the door. Nonetheless, good experience.
