   Food was very good despite a very limited menu. Service was OK. Not bad, Not good. Just OK. Value for the money was not good. Very expensive. I will not return.

   We’ve been enjoying Thanksgiving at the Signature Grill since 2009 on the recommendation of our builder. We’ve only missed 2 years while visiting family in the East. While the meal is still lovely, delicious and with choices aplenty, we miss some of the items which made the experience more elevated (namely crab claws). However, my husband’s favorite shrimp and my favorite baby green salad with glazed pears, nuts and berries were perfect as always in this particular iteration. Turkey and Prime Rib were great as always. We understand that costs prohibit providing some of the high quality niceties for the same price, of course. However, we feel that an equally elevated experience might be had for not quite as steep of a cost. This all said, we did thoroughly love our traditional Thanksgiving with just the two of us as we dined and watched families frolic in the lazy river from our window table- ironically, the same table we have had each time except when we’ve brought guests!

   After having dinner at the Starr Pass resort's more upscale restaurant the evening before, we didn't expect much -- but it was outstanding and in many ways surpassed the 'other' resort restaurant. Our server, Jackie, was knowledgeable and had a great smile and attitude. The food was great -- we shared the hummus appetizer (plenty for two people) and the chicken pibil enchiladas -- outstanding with a perfect red sauce with just enough spice. We learned the sauce came from the chef's family's recipes -- we were throughly satisfied and our mouths smiled. The hostess was great too --

   Claudia was a terrific server, but the food was uneven: $16 for an "endive and pear" salad that was 90% frisee, which I hate, and slivers of about a quarter of a pear, one head of endive, and a scattering of white raisins. This salad was misnamed and overpriced; however, the small hanger steak add-on was perfectly medium rare and delicious. My husband loved his burger.

   Our server, Claudia, was excellent. Menu was extremely limited with only 4 options. I opted for the ceaser salad with grilled chicken. Salad and dressing was excellent, very stingy with the chicken. My husband ordered the short rib at Claudia’s suggestion. He found it tasteless and boring. Pretty views but won’t be back.

    Food was excellent, especially the biscuits. Service was slow, dinner took two hours with no salads or desserts. Drinks were overpriced compared to food. Ambiance was loud.
