   Wonderful ambience and customer service. The food was a 7/10.  we would definitely come back for the ambience and to sit at the bar and have a cocktail and an appetizer.

   The Shirley Salad is Very Tasty! Love the Tiger Shrimp appetizer! The Brussel sprout side was too sweet for me but was liked by the person I was with. They really need to have more entrees . Need more fish entrees. . Whole branzino does do it. Try some Chilean Sea Bass.. Scampi.. Crab dish.. halibut . Perhaps a few Pastas.. Carbonara.. tomatoes garlic basil.. Fettuccine Alfredo..etc The Hanger steak was very good.. the fries didn't look as good as McDonald's tho....need a different look...than boring fries..IMO.

   Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at Shirley Brasserie, located in the iconic Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, CA. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the elegant and inviting ambience. The decor seamlessly blends classic Hollywood glamour with modern sophistication, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's creativity and attention to detail. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a great experience. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and accommodate any special requests we had. Overall, Shirley Brasserie exceeded our expectations in every way.    If booking with a show, allow extra time. I’m used to NYC where they can get you in and out in 75 minutes with a three course pre-show meal. Service was very slow. Servers and staff were polite and professional. The food was very good. The French onion soup was hearty, more peppery than most. The branzino was perfected roasted, watch out for small bones despite the fileting. The strak frites looked amazing. The ahi and duck were both delightful.
