This new hotel looks nice, but its service needs to be improved. The hotel offered a lobster for lunch buffet on the day I went with my family; it's so greenish inside. While asking for a replacement/explanation, the waitress insisted to wait for management to come and resolve it. After a while, asking the second time, she said the management has not come. In the end, the lobster is not replaced, with no explanation nor apologies, the lobster was taken and then returned with the greenish stuff removed. I think a 5-star hotel (even in its trial run) should have provided better service than what I received that day.

The service was correct, as we went there during the CNY period, the was not discount using credit card so the cost-performance ratio is a bit low.

The buffet spread is good. Seating area looking over CKS former residence is spacious and offers good view. All in all a good restaurant to spend the afternoon
