   We have been there many times. They change the food.the augratin potatoes are usually unforgettable. They changed them, Port belly was just pieces of pork chop. We got are food after many others who set down after us, then pieces by piece, I think she forgot to put in order in. My lobster was great after it was forgotten ,finally got it but, the steak was cold by that time. I think she was new but when you serve steak usually get a steak knife.

   Valentines 4 course meal was great with a few exceptions. The lamb lollipops were amazing with the mint jelly and the pork skewers with the sauce was amazing. Cesar salad was good but could have been a bit smaller, it was what I would expect as if I ordered it as a meal by itself. The main course myself and 2 other ordered the 28 oz T-bone and 1 other ordered the 16 oz prime rib. All of our steaks were way under cooked on the verge of raw. The two that ordered baked potatoes said that the potatoes were cold. Myself and one other had the Gouda Au Gratin potatoes thought they were great. The veg was mushy likely sat in the steam table all night rather than being cooked to order. Desert was great no complaints there. All in all it was a good meal with the exception of the steaks.

   This casino and restaurant never disappoints. One of the best Valentines dinner we’ve enjoyed. Great menu selections. Wonderful service from Willie . Thank you for a memorable evening.

   The culinary experience is consistently exceptional. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant features a very nice ambiance.

   The experience was supposed to be a super great one, when I made the reservations there was a field in there to put if it was for anything special, I did. It was our 18th anniversary and yet, nothing was said, or made special at all. A bit disappointing to say the least. Why bother asking the question?? We have visited the restaurant many times before, and the overall quality taste of the food, and the ambience and service was much more attentive to the customers needs or wants and just more friendly altogether back then. Now the ambience is lacking, it used to be more so of a high-end restaurant with all the excitement and hustle and bustle going on and just the professionalism of everyone and now it’s more like a Joe blow steak shop. It’s almost like ever since the shooting event and then Covid that the restaurant has not still recovered. It’s a shame because we would drive from River Falls, Wisconsin, just for this restaurant and then would stay a night and gamble. We did have a an additional reservation for Saturday, February 1 in which we have canceled the reservation. 99.9% we will not be returning ever to this restaurant.

   We were caught a bit off guard by the hostess' comment when we walked in. We had made a reservation for our Anniversary and everyone was busy when we walked in. The hostess came up to us and we said our name and reservation and she said, "Oh I don't think...." then she apparently found our reservation and told the waitress she'd be seating us in her section. The hostess said, "hopefully they are nice." That didn't sit quite right with us. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. She seemed a bit stressed out, we felt a bit bad for her because we also saw her almost fall and drop drinks because there was something wet on the floor. She seemed really frazzled after that, but totally understandable. They got everything cleaned up quickly. Our food was fantastic and the rest of the service was great.

   7 Fires has very good food, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and very responsive. I have not had a bad meal since they opened up for business.

   I made reservations for 7:30 - I walked in and waited for 10 minutes before I was greeted - five people walked by not one even acknowledged me! Then we got sat and our server who had one other table did not greet us for over ten minutes! He proceeded to check the other table out - walk in back and didn’t come out for ten minutes! There were 15 tables total in the restaurant he had two us and one that was leaving and he couldnt even walk over and acknowledge us! I will not be back!

   Best ribeye I’ve had in years. Partners pork loin was so tender. We’ll be back soon.

    I had a real treat tonight. I was deciding between the twin lobster tails and the 6 oz filet. The waitress, Tracie, told me I could have both, the filet and 1 lobster tail. Sort of a surf and turf dinner. I went for it. Oh, my gosh. Everything was prepared beautifully and the waitress was so happy to serve it. Both entrees were super delicious. Needless to say, I left as one very happy diner.
