   Our waiter was very good. Restaurant was very loud and hard to hear yourself talk but nice ambiance The area has alot to do for the family so can go walk around after dinner. The eggplant was very good but our other meals were just okay.

   I ordered the steak wedge with the candied bacon. The steak was raw in the middle, chewy on the edges. I asked for it to be prepared Medium Plus. There were 6 tiny crumbles of candied bacon. Our server was slammed and told us that they had just let 4 servers go home, so he was working tables in many sections. By the time he was able to get back to check on our meals, 10 minutes had gone by. I ate the lettuce and pushed the meat aside. Had our server not been spread so thin, perhaps he would have noticed that my meal was poorly prepared. My daughter had the shrimp salad and it was very good. Overall, this was a disappointing meal and experience.

   Our server was absolutely excellent! There seem to be a disconnect between the kitchen and the servers though as after we ordered our drinks, appetizer and entrées about five minutes later one entrée arrived,before the drinks and appetizer even came out. Our server noticed that was not usual went back and talked to the kitchen and then about 10 minutes later the other entrée came out. The food was delicious, but there was just a disconnect going on last night.
