   The staff didn't miss a beat with acknowledging our party at check in, and having the event coordinator right there to greet us for dinner. We're having our reception there later in the summer for our wedding and the coordinator didn't forget any of our details. She walked us through the banquet space before dinner and the waiter was memorable in personality and professionalism. Food was delicious, dependable while also being adventurous. We had frog legs that were elevated and delicious and ordered everything from the pasta to the burgers. All had great portions and enjoyed the whole experience. I would say if they have a live performer, a musician, the mic needs better dialed in for dining chatter but that is it.

   After my first trip here I said I wouldn’t go back but my wife insisted we try it again. The service was better this time but the food was just as mediocre as the last time. They try to put a spin on everything and it ends up being pretentious and weird. My ribeye steak was overcooked and came with their “special butter” on it. I have never seen pink butter before but they figured out how to put every aromatic flavor in it and turn it pink. A grilled steak with a blob of disgusting pink flowery tasting butter is not the way to start a dinner. The seasonal vegetables looked like they had been on a steam table at a cafeteria for hours and were inedible. I could go on but I made my point. I won’t give them a third chance.

   Beautiful, spacious and comfortable restaurant. Every part of our experience was exceptional. The waiter was gracious, prompt and didn't miss a beat. We ordered an appetizer, the specials of the day - pineapple halibut and half duck, bay salad, creme brulee, and cocktails. Everything was perfect and delicious. Even the cook made a point of thanking us for being there as we left. This is one of the best restaurants in the Valley. You will not be disappointed.

   No bang for the buck! Won't go again. We went for the Valentine's Day prix fix menu. Overall, we were originally excited about the top tier ingredients being used: waygu beef, crab, fresh berries, etc. Unfortunately, execution did not meet the high level of ingredients. Waygu beef brochette was tough. Crab and shrimp bisque had so much potential but was cold and rather bland. My husband loved his duck with blackberry reduction. My prime rib had no crust on it and just wasn't done well. Dessert was very good, as were the old fashioned cocktail....the wait staff was friendly and tried very hard.

   Ordered the ribeye took a while to get food & wasn't cooked the way I asked. For the money spent not great. Service could also be better. Their are much better places for the price for sure!

    Had a lovely dinner date with my wife at Settlers Bay Lodge, and we had a great time! The specials were outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. A perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable evening. Highly recommend!
