   Nous y sommes allés pour le réveillon de Noël. Cadre très agréable et ambiance chaleureuse. Serveur très sympathique et vraiment disponible mais la cuisine… bien sur le papier mais manque de saveur. On était dans le thème Noël mais je ne m’attendais pas à un buffet.

   Wonderful experience! Was able to get in a little before our reservation and everything was delicious! Only thing for the great live music- a little lower on volume. No one was able to have a conversation

   The staff seemed thin... one server in a big section. While the server was clearly busy, she didn't make any effort to be warm, in fact she was a bit dismissive (especially when we asked about the Caesar salad, basically telling us we didn't understand how a Caesar salad was made). When the food came it was, as the kids say, "mid". Overall a cool vibe, nice decor. But mediocre "room service" quality food, and below average service.

   Food average at best with a high price tag, long wait, undercooked burger had to be returned and recooked. Waiter was helpful and tried his best to rectify situation. Lovely venue but not worth the hype.

   Wonderful service and atmosphere. My waiter Nick was great and very accommodating. The live music was a nice touch to set the atmosphere off right. I’ll be back.

   Food order wrong on 2 of 3 meals, slow service, drink was good, music too loud but good, drafty. It’s overpriced for portion size.

    The food was surprisingly good, given that Hard Rick Cafe food is not. But despite a plethora of staff members (I counted at least 8-9 in uniform for a half full restaurant at 3:30 PM), service was slow, items were missed, and the couple at the table next to us had to go to the hostess to try to put a food order in after their “waiter” ignored their request twice. Great choice if you have all the time in the world.
