   The live music at Sessions was excellent, and the appetizer and entrees that my friend and I had for dinner were delicious. I highly recommend Sessions for a pleasant and memorable dinner!

   Not the best experience I have had with an OpenTable reservation. First, I was stuck in traffic trying to get to the restaurant and I was unable to reach anyone at sessions, even after leaving a message to call me back. Once there, the ambiance wasn’t bad, but the noise was a little loud for our preference and it was a surprise to us that it was in the hard rock hotel, which may have prepared us for the noise level. What should have been a quick dinner ended up being almost 2 hours of which over an hour was waiting for our food. Just when we were about to address it with the waiter, the food finally arrived. The waiter knew that we were perturbed but didn’t offer to help alleviate the issue whatsoever. We weren’t looking for a free meal or anything but addressing the issue of the long wait would have been appreciated.

   Sessions is a bit of a hidden gem in busy Times Square. On the 2nd floor of the Hard Rock hotel lobby, most people don't know it's there so you can usually get a table or reservation. The wait staff is friendly and professional. The menu is somewhat limited but the food is well prepared and the drink selection is very unique. There is often live music which can be hit or miss and does increase the noise level.

   Food was good and restaurant was beautiful, however are service was not good. Forgot to bring out appetizer and was slow to check in as we’d been waiting to refill our drinks. Very disappointing for how much the dinner cost for us.
