   We had a large group of 8 with various dietary needs. They did a fantastic job responding to this. Service was prompt and the food came out quickly for a large group - very impressed! Even the noise level was reasonable. Would definitely do again for a group!

   We have had some mediocre service around town lately but not from Serious Pie. They were so kind and accommodating! We showed up early and they made us comfortable until the table was ready. The host was so patient and kind as well as our server! As usual the food was all top notch. Great flavor combinations, hot food hot, cold food cold! I can't say enough good thing about our experience! Thank you Serious Pie!!

   Service was wonderful. Had two six yr olds and they accommodated well. Food great very flavorful and variety was appreciated.

   Our small office staff needed a place to honor a colleague who will be moving on to bigger and greater things. The sad/happy occasion was all the more special because it was at the expanded Serious Pie-Downtown Seattle. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly like old friends, we were served by a friendly, cheerful member of their kind and courteous waitstaff; and, well the pizzas were amazing. What a treat!

   It took over an hour and 15 minutes for us to get our food and our server did not communicate with us more than once during that entire wait time. Even to get a simple drink refill took over 20 minutes. Once our food came, we had large chunks of clam shell in our clam pizza that was discovered by one person in our party painfully biting down on it. The pizza was replaced, but we were surprised that they did not take it off of the bill or offer a free appetizer or dessert given how long we waited. The ambience was nice and the food okay, but we will not be eating there again.

   I can honestly say that this was the saltiest pizza I (and my family) have ever eaten in my entire life. My group of 10 ordered five different pizzas, and three of them were so salty that they were nearly inedible. If we weren't so hungry, we honestly would have passed on them. Even bad pizza is still pizza, but at this price point, you'd expect to at least not be drowning in salt. Additionally, the restaurant was out of two of their salads. This isn't a deal breaker by any means, but it is a bit surprising to be unable to serve two of the few salads on their menu.

    I booked a table for 7pm. We had 8 people. I called at 7.10 to say I would be a little late. The restaurant said they were cancelling the table order AND charging us. then put the phone down. Avoid
