Burrata cheese, mozzarella cheese and Ricotta cheese making homemade with fresh milk to be ordered from Mike Farm of Tokyo Hachioji. The chef runs round the mountains and the forest by themselves, wildflowers and wild plants in the spring and natural mushrooms in the summer decorate the menu. And during the hunting period of course, Jibei cuisine will be the leading role. It is a restaurant close to the flow of nature and season like the kitchen of Masseriain the southern Italy (aristocratic manor).

    珍しい食材もさることながら、やはりフレッシュチーズが美味しい。 ソムリエのワインに合わせて楽しいひとときを過ごせます。 脇役のパンも他では出会えないものでした。 自ずと応援したい気持ちが湧き上がってきました。

    食材が新鮮でメニューが創作的でどれも美味しそうでした。野生鴨肉のローストは今まで食べた鴨肉の中で一番美味しかったように思います。また伺いたいです

    自家製チーズが美味しく、特にブッラータチーズは上等。 パスタは旬の食材を使ったもので美味しい。 肉料理もその時の美味しい肉があり、いろいろな種類から選べるのが良い。

    手作りチーズがとても美味なお店です 野菜も特徴あります ただお店が駅に近いのに、わかりにくい場所なので良く確認してからの来訪がお勧めです

    シェフの料理熱を楽しみに行くお店です。イタリアに行かずとも本場のお味を味わうことができます。 いつも新しいメニューが開発されていて、どんなに美味しいメニューでも一期一会かもしれない。そんな緊張感もあり、いつも楽しんで通っています。

    初めての利用でしたが予約の段階からしっかり対応していただき大変楽しく食事ができました。 予約でクセのある個性的な料理と聞いていましたがいいアクセントでとてもおいしかった。

    お店に入るなり、薪が燃える匂いが柔らかく店内を包み、これから頂く食事への期待を上げてくれます。 モッサッァレラやブラータ含めて様々な品をオーダー、パスタは2種類頼んだが、ボリュームもう少し欲しいな〜あ(^.^) ホルスタインのランプステーキもデザートもみんな美味かった‼️
