Our seasonal menus feature ingredients at their peak of freshness, oak-fire grilled or brick oven roasted (without a fryer in sight) to be naturally lighter and more flavorful.     Our dinner tonight was excellent! One of us had the salmon, and one had the trout. They were both beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. Excellent service as well despite the restaurant being very busy.

    My waitress Sam was amazing. She was so sweet and attentive. I’m so lucky I got her and I hope the next time I come back, I get her as a waitress again. The food was amazing.
