25 Dec 2024 onlySea & Sky will open its doors for a festive brunch experience, featuring one-day-only specials accompanied by the restaurant’s famous ocean views located on the 11th floor of the Hotel La Jolla. Christmas day brunch specials include ½ Dozen Fresh Kumiai Oysters Florentine topped with house made bearnaise and baby spinach; and a twist on Green Shakshuka featuring eggs any style complemented by raclette cheese, wilted kale, avocado, and a bright tomatillo salsa.
