   Celebrated the boys birthday early and not only was it clean, food delicious but the staff were amazing. Definitely will be returning.

   This was our first visit. We went for our anniversary. The service was excellent, very attentive. The food was really good. I had the chicken Gorgonzola with gluten free pasta and my husband had a different chicken dish. The food was fresh and delicious and beautifully presented. We were even given complimentary glasses of champagne and a cannoli for our anniversary. It was a wonderful relaxing evening. We chose the patio which is a little noisy because of traffic but still easy to converse. We will be back!

   Great food!! The waiter came to our table too much, after every bite he asked how everything was 👎🏻. Other than that everything was perfect !!

   Christmas Day dinner was excellent along with the service. Ethan was an outstanding server and made the evening wonderful and a huge breath of fresh air from an already stressful Christmas trip to San Antonio. Food portions are just right. I had one of the best, if not THE best, linguini carbonara plates ever. My stepsons enjoyed their food as well as my wife. The wine selection was perfect as they have a right balance of variety and price points to accommodate those that like moderately priced bottles and some higher priced ones like Silver Oak and Stags Leap. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.

   Have eaten at numerous Italian restaurants in San Antonio and this one is very expensive in comparison. While the food was delicious, the portions were small. The waiter was clearly gassed from working on Christmas Day and we had to repeat our order several times. Food did come quickly so service was fast. But all in all, much prefer Italian food/value at Capperelli’s on Main, Bourbon Street, Milano’s, etc. Won’t be back.

    Last year for Christmas we ate at Scuzzi’s and loved it. A wonderful experience in fact. So much so that I booked a month in advance for this Christmas Day. Unfortunately it was not the same experience. Our waiter Dan and another waiter were the absolute tops! As busy as they were they were attentive and friendly. The whole service from all the staff was fantastic. This has nothing to do with them. My main course was horrible. At least a half of a cup of sauce was covering the manicotti. So much so that I had to scoop as much as I could off but was still left with too much. But the worst was the manicotti shells. They were doughy and undercooked, hence the bucket of sauce. I couldn’t eat it after two bites. I didn’t bother to order anything else since my partner’s food was fine to eat and I didn’t want to hold him up and ask him to eat cold food. A very big disappointment for this Italian. All in all I won’t go back next year. I don’t recommend the place on a holiday.
