   We were seated at the time of the reservation. We ordered appetizers and food and the waitress came back about 20 mins later and informed us they were out of two of the dishes we ordered which added to the wait time. The food arrived cold.

   The whole experience was awful. The food is what made the experience awful. The couple at the table next to me and husband thought the same thing. I am a caterer and my husband is a chef; the wife of the couple next to us is a food critic. Once we made the manager of the evening aware of how awful the food was, he went to over talking me about the rules and such for dining. I was not trying to wiggle out of paying the bill, I just felt like since the food was terrible and all the waitstaff including ours were on their phones that 18% gratuity was undeserving. The manager only took $6.00 off our bill. I will never return to this establishment until the owner cleans house of the current staff and cook(s).

   Our server, JB was so nice. She gave great recommendations; she was so down to earth and attentive. The food was outstanding and the portion sizes were generous. The atmosphere was relaxed, but they could probably use warmer lighting. The drinks were just okay for the price. I would visit again, especially for carry out.

   We received excellent service from parking our vehicle, to leaving, and everything in between. The brunch menu has just enough options to be diverse yet simplified. I will be back for the seafood omelette.

   Greeted at the door. It was busy of course due to it being a Friday night. Service was great, food was delicious and loved the colors and decor of the restaurant

   The place and ambience is beautiful. Seating is plentiful, and there was live entertainment as well. After being seated by the wonderful hostess, it took about 30 minutes for us to receive our drinks we had ordered. After that, the appetizers and entrees, all came out cold. (Calamari, Stuffed Salmon, Whole Lobster Special Stuffed w/Crab Meat). We received bread halfway into our meal, which was not fresh. We were never asked about a refill or second drink order, and I believe the automatic gratuity adds to the lack of attention to patrons. Kitchen/service needs improvement. Lighting in the parking lot could also be upgraded, as it is extremely dark if you’re dining late.

   I was really looking forward to dinner at The Savoy but our whole party was disappointed overall. Our family flew in to celebrate my Aunt’s 77th birthday, there were 6 of us. Bill totaled $302. We ordered calamari and spinach crab dip for appetizers. Do not order the calamari! It’s not the circle ones you usually get, it’s the tough long piece. The dip was not hot so it was hard to judge, also the chips serve with it aren’t warmed. The bread for the table is very good (we all enjoyed it) along with the garlic butter served with it. Others dishes were the fried chicken (pictured), it was so cute in that bucket. Great idea! I didn’t care for the breading but the rest of the table liked it. Chicken was dry to me. Stuffed salmon was a hit, very good. The fried fish and chips (fries) was sent back. The breading was so thick it wasn’t fully cooked. Again plate was cold. The steak was ordered medium it was cooked well but ok. The linguine meal didn’t have seasoning or enough sauce. The live music was awesome! Everyone enjoyed that. We will definitely try again. Everyone around us seemed to enjoy their food, it was busy.

   The staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about the menu. Food was presented well but was ice cold. Had to send appetizers back twice to reheat. I was hot in the head by one of the servers with the tray they were carrying. To top it off a 20% gratuity was added without my knowledge. Apparently it is added no matter the party size, since it was just me and my wife who were dining together that night.

    Don't dinner here. Tried to serve me rancid fish and refused to take it off my bill or allow me to order something different.
