Impeccable Christmas Tea Service. Lobster, caviar, duck, desserts. Could not ask for a more beautiful holiday. Highly recommend for a quiet and very fancy experience. Live music was a classy touch.

We were 4 adults dining on Christmas Eve. The hotel was Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the singer and pianist. Service was a fail, missing items from our order - chicken for the chicken salad, peppercorn sauce for the steak and the truffle fries. All the food was plain in taste. Waiter offered to poor the remaining wine to our 4 glasses, he filled 2 glasses emptying the bottle and left the other 2 empty. Very disappointed with our first visit to the hotel.

New design and layout just opened good for groups not so good for couples, tables too close to each other. Could not near the vocalist from the back which is a pity new layout not catered for this in design. Food was excellent pasta with prawn and the trout were first class, unfortunately dessert savoy sundae was basically three scoops of ice cream with sprinkles, could of least put in a proper sundae glass with long spoons to share with partner. Overall good, waitresses very helpful and reasonable price but must think more about couples dining and music volume so everyone in the room can enjoy it.

We celebrated our honeymoon here and had an amazing afternoon tea. The Christmas piano and bass music was lovely. Food Devine. Service excellent. It'll be a memory for us for many years to come. Such a sweet way to end an amazing honeymoon in Europe.

Without a doubt the best afternoon tea we have had. The food was absolutely delicious and our server Dylan was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had asked before hand if our daughter could have plain ham sandwiches and it was all prepared for her without any trouble. We will definitely be returning next Christmas for festive afternoon tea at The Savoy Gallery.

Food was amazing as always! The remodel of the venue is a perfect fit for the space and if I'm back in London again, I will definitely be coming back. Thanks to Ione for making the night truly wonderful.

Server was in training & lacked the level I would have expected only half glass of champagne to start, took away my teapot before finishing & my cake also took my husbands champagne when still some in the glass. When paying £40 for service I would expect better service.

It was a nice experience having had my first afternoon tea at the Savoy. The atmosphere was festive, hotel and restaurant beautifully decorated, and the lady singing at the piano was a nice touch. However, we felt we were being rushed. We were aware of the timing and the fact that we had the table at our disposal for 1h45, but already after 1h15 the waitress asked whether we had finished and stopped serving us tea. For 110 euros/person, I expect the tea to be served on a continuous basis. Otherwise, the food was good and the meal served as part of the high tea was faboulous.
