Located on the campus of The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio, and nestled in the Pearl, Savor highlights the talents of our CIA students under the supervision of the college’s world class faculty. Experience a meal inspired by ingredients and techniques from around the world. Our dining room and patio are open and reservations are strongly encouraged. Curbside takeout is also available.

All guests are required to wear a mask while indoors—regardless of their vaccination status—except when seated in a dining environment. Thank you for helping to keep our CIA campus community safe!

    I had a wonderful dinner at Savor and selected the wine pairings. The service was excellent and course selections included some very interesting options that I had never seen before.

    One of the best restaurants in San Antonio. The food, the service, the ambiance was all OUTSTANDING! I cone to San Antonio every December and I try to come here every year. Exceptional!

    The food and service is always spot on, especially at the end of the semesters, but even early on it is often better than many of the better restaurants in San Antonio. I can't wait to go back!!

    Our first time here but it won't be or last. Service was excellent!!!! One of the best in town. Portions were lovely and every dish had a perfect combination of flavors!

    What a sensational meal. We had the four course meal with the elevated wine pairing. Good decision. The food and wine pairings were superb making for a most delicious dinner. Highlights were the smoked salmon & duck carpaccio. Our server was a 50 year old culinary student about to graduate. She was a savvy server, attentive and engaging. Would 100% percent recommend dining at Savor!

    The food is always exceptional as well as the service. What I like best about the restaurant is that the students that are there working are getting real life experience side-by-side with some of the best chefs in the world. They also change the menus seasonally and the preparation is excellent.

    Dinner at Savor is a fine dining experience that cannot easily be replicated. CIA’s students (and their faculty) make the difference; their “freshness”, attention to detail, and active involvement in the kitchen and elsewhere in the restaurant are quite special. Menu choices are limited, but adequate. Prices are quite reasonable, and each dish served reflects careful, creative culinary skills.
