   Our third visit to Sartoria in as many years. There seemed to be a slight slip in the quality we had experienced in the past. While overall the food and ambiance were quite good, some things just weren’t quite right. To begin with, what host points to the middle of the room and says “That table over there“? Secondly, our panzanilla had two tiny cubes of focaccia; perhaps I don’t understand the translation of the dish? My sea bass was a little overcooked. The Sauvignon was okay, not wonderful. And our waiter seemed a little harried. Flavors were excellent. The mango pana cotta was delicious and the cedar rosemary tea was delightful. We will likely try them again in hopes this was just an off night.

   El tono de los gerentes que te reciben es burlón. Como si fueran el único restaurante en México. El Mesero con cara y no respondía a lo que le preguntábamos bien , nos ofrecieron dos platillos, los cuales uno nos dijeron que no tenían, y el segundo nos avisaron a las 11 de la noche que no salió que mejor pidiéramos postre. Los alimentos estuvieron normales, nada fuera de lo común . Extremadamente caro, para lo que ofrecen . Definitivamente no regreso, y no lo recomiendo

   Drunk guests bothered us Service was slow Too salty Edit: Some staff member called me next day to to complain about this review the day after, masquerading it as an apology, excusing drunken guests by saying the place was too small. Terrible way to apologize. Feel ridiculously uncomfortable with the fact he has my personal number so I blocked it. The only reason I give this two stars and not zero was because I don’t think this represents all the people involved in this restaurant, there should be good moments involved which is what makes this restaurant an Opentable Icon, but I don’t think that our experience met our expectations in the slightest and I would have given this restaurant another shot if the staff member didn’t call my personal number in such an unprofessional way.
