Sarafina Restaurant Wilmslow is a longtime staple of the city centre,having gone through a complete makeover in 2017 and is now more enticing than ever for those in search of authentic Italian cuisine. The new owners of the Water Lane eatery, brothers Romin and Pezh, have introduced a seasonal menu that relies on locally-sourced ingredients to create fresh, homemade dishes like their signature lasagna and hand-stretched sourdough pizza. Mains are complemented by a carefully curated wine list and a tantalising selection of desserts. Be sure to stop by for a kid-friendly brunch: children under 12 eat free before 6pm. As usual the food was fabulous and the staff couldn’t do more if they tried.
