   The decorations were amazing! Definitely a great place for pictures. The service was awful! Food took forever. Most of it was wrong and the right stuff was cold. Go for a drink but other than that never will go again.

   The wait was ok for being a reservation restaurant. Waiter took a while to take our order but it was because it was extremely busy. So it was understandable. The while ambience was fun to see. Will definitely come back to this place. Food was delicious! The non alcoholic xmas vacation drink was 🔥!

   1st of all the atmosphere is amazing and the Christmas decorations are beautiful. Aside from that our experience was very poor. You only get your table for an hour and a half which would be fine if the service weren’t so slow. It took about 15 mins to get our drinks and they weren’t even correct. Our waiter kept asking us who ordered a staycation; a drink that non of us had ordered. When my fiancé didn’t get his tropical sleigh ride the waiter said the staycation drink was the tropical sleigh rider she just garnished it wrong. Twenty mins later I had to flag her down to put in a food order. When the food came out my brother in laws burger was missing. We had to bring this to the attention of the wait staff 3 different times over the course of 30 mins before his burger was finally brought out. Two different waitresses brought drinks to our table asking if we had ordered them to which we told them both we had not and declined the drinks. When the bill came we got the burger comp’d for our troubles. Later I was looking over the receipt and realized they charged us for the drinks they incorrectly assigned to our table. Great idea; poorly executed.

   Amazingly decorated for the holidays over 2 floors Servers dressed in holiday garb Elf came to the table to say hi (dead ringer for Will Farrell) Great ambience Nice place to stop for a drink and quick appetizers

   Last year we visited this place and it was wonderful! Went back today with friends with a not so MERRY experience! A poster and stand hit our friend in the head twice, it was freezing as the door kept being opened, the napkins smelled like mold, the bathroom was filthy like an outhouse and all they did to compensate was a free drink ticket to use on the upper level and we could only use them for specific drinks! I do not recommend going here. The decor and photo ops is great but you can do that cheaper and warmer by using your Christmas tree at home!

   Great experience with the family.. no prices on the menu so be ready for a sticker shock, but hey your are paying for the experience.. would definitely do again.

   We went specifically for the Santa baby bar experience & it did not disappoint!! The food & drinks were just okay though, its bar food & if you go during the Santa baby bar time it’s gonna be very busy which means you aren’t going to get the best food & service but it’s such a cool experience!

    We went for the pop up Santa Baby. It was AMAZING. COOLEST Christmas ambiance ever. I have never seen anything like it. We went with our teens before 8 pm when families are allowed. Although it was a 30 minute uber from where we were staying in downtown Chicago, it was totally worth it. Food was ok. Not amazing but everything else made up for it.
