   What an awesome time spent at Salvaje!! The dinner and entertainment was amazing. The food embraced my palate.

   Salvaje ha sido una referencia global en la escena gastronómica, y he tenido la oportunidad de visitarlo en varias ciudades, incluyendo Panamá en múltiples ocasiones. Sin embargo, mi experiencia reciente ha evidenciado una preocupante falta de consistencia tanto en el servicio como en la calidad de la comida. El nivel de atención no está a la altura de un restaurante de su categoría. El equipo de servicio estaba compuesto en su mayoría por jóvenes sin experiencia, algunos con apenas una semana en el puesto, lo que se reflejó en una ejecución deficiente y en la falta de conocimiento sobre el menú y la atención al cliente. En un lugar donde el precio sugiere una experiencia de alto nivel, la formación del personal debería ser una prioridad. En cuanto a la comida, si bien Salvaje ha destacado por su concepto y presentación, esta vez los platos carecían del equilibrio de sabores y la precisión que se espera de una cocina de este calibre. La falta de consistencia es preocupante en un restaurante con presencia internacional, donde la experiencia debería ser impecable sin importar la ubicación. Un concepto sólido no puede sostenerse solo en su branding o en su atmósfera; la excelencia debe mantenerse en cada detalle, desde la cocina hasta el servicio. Espero ver mejoras en el futuro, porque Salvaje tiene el potencial, pero sin atención a la calidad y la experiencia del cliente, corre su riesgo.

   The food was great, interesting asian fusion of flavors. The dessert was the icing on top, amazing sweet and sour balance. The noise was too high during the entire evening and not that many shows that justified it. The service can definitely improve specially because of the price/quality ratio.

   Amazing experience, food was exceptional. Live music and entertainment was absolutely amazing with dancers and flashing lights.

   This place is something else, it blew my mind with the ambience and the performance was great. Definitely coming back and I'm definitely got to share my experience with my friends and family.

    Michael was an awesome server. The menu was not suited for my taste and food algeries but my husband enjoyed the seafood. The show was very short and a little disappointing.
