   We went during a very busy Valentine's weekend but we had reservations for 5:30 and we were seated by 5:33. Service was very good and all our orders were accurate. All the food was very tasty. We've been here 3 times and always enjoy it.

   The food was terrible. 2 of the steaks smelled and tasted bad. One member of our party that had one of the bad steaks got sick that evening. with intestinal problems. Luckily the others didn’t eat any of their food after the initial bite or two. The chicken fried chicken was not edible. We had to send back several sets of silverware because they were dirty and crusted with food.

   Enjoyed the dinner at Saltgrass located in Opry Mills Nashville. Steaks were as ordered. While the venue was very busy we were seated at our reservation time. Service was very good and the meal enjoyable. Would highly recommend reservations.

    We made a reservation on Valentine’s Day and got seated. Sat for 30 minutes and no one ever came to us to even take a drink order or say they would even be with us shortly nothing. We even heard people complaining about dirty cups and leaving early as well so we walked out and left. 20 minutes later they called me finally noticing we had left and told us to come back and that they would take care of us but we did not (meaning we would have been there for nearly an hour before even getting a drink) By the time we got the call we were already deep into our hour drive heading home. It was a waste of a trip and they let my wife down on Valentine’s Day due to their unprofessionalism and poor management. Would not recommend anybody go here at all…
