   We enjoyed the items we each ordered. I had pork ribs, spouse had chicken fried chicken and another person had salmon. Loved the fried mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. Attentive waitress. Overall, an enjoyable birthday experience!

   We were a group of eight. In my reservation, I requested a table in a location that would be semi private. When we arrive, they did have a table that was away from most of the other patrons. My only complaint about it is that the table was set too close to the wall. This made it almost impossible for the server to serve each of the guest directly. So she resorted to asking the other guests to pass down the drinks. It wasn’t a horrible issue, but it’s not what you expect at a steakhouse. Regarding the food: I thought the appetizers were overpriced for what we got; for example, the shrimp in the rattlers appetizer were very small compared to the jalapeños. We also ordered the cheese with brisket and chips. I’ve had the same appetizer at Meso Maya, and it was a lot better there (and less expensive”. I had the sirloin steak and it was tasty along with the sweet potato fries. My wife enjoyed her salad with chicken. However, one of our group was not happy with the way the ribeye was cooked. She didn’t want to send it back so she gave half of it to her husband. This was disappointing since I chose the location precisely because I knew they enjoyed steaks. The only other comment was regarding the server. She was very efficient and prompt. I just wish you would’ve been a little more friendly. I don’t think she smiled at all during the time she was serving or taking our order. Other than that, I think it was an OK experience. If I had to do over again, I would’ve picked another restaurant.

   We went for the first time ever to try this location for our Thanksgiving Meal. Reservation was a 1 PM Some of our family drove over from Arlington. We are from McKinney. None of us wanted the stress of cooking this year. We placed our orders and 10 minutes later the server came back and said they were all out of turkey dinners! BOY and OMG! We were none too happy! It wasn't like it was 3-4 PM : though busy the resturant was not totally packed as there were some empty tables. She then told us the resturant had only ordered 80 plates of turkey dinner! And they were advertising this on their website! My husband was very up set and wanted to just leave and go to Cracker Barrel but I convinced him to not leave so we stayed and just ate steaks and chicken fried steaks too. We will NEVER try this again! Will just go back to the usual home cooked or go over to other's homea from now on!

   3rd time here. This time had a few missed. They forgot to serve out salad until we reminded them as they served our steak. And sweet potato was not fully cooked. But, overall this place is very good-our other visits have been flawless. We will return.

    Sweet potatoes arrived cold. Sent them back … new ones were still not warm. Quality of the steak was poor. Crabcake was delicious…
