   Good experience and the steaks tasted great! Sides weren’t the best, but were def going back to tastes more salt steaks.

   $400+ for prix fix dinner is ridiculous - and, the quality was not up to standards. I want to love this restaurant - I really do. But, each time I go - the execution misses the mark a bit. There are other choices.

   The price is on par with most steakhouses. However, the pricing did not translate to the quality of the food

   We enjoyed our dinner at Salt Brick Prime. Nice upscale dining room with attentive and professional service. Cocktails were on point. Comprehensive menu with plenty of choices without being overwhelming. Food was good quality. Not an inexpensive night but sometimes it's nice to splurge.

   My grandson and I had a very good experience at Saltbrick. The steaks were flavorful and tender and the staff was exceptionally thoughtful. It was a little pricey other wise I would have rated it a five. We’ll come again

   We went here for a family birthday and everyone raved about it. People’s favorite parts included the high quality of the steak; the warm hospitality; the cocktails; and the almost family-style way in which dishes were served to share around a round, comfortable booth.

   We looked forward to our visit to Saltbrick Prime. We were impressed with the renovation of the space. We were eventually greeted by our server and gave our drink order. Shortly thereafter, we submitted our dinner order. Within minutes, everything arrived at once; salad, entree and side. We hadn’t finished our cocktail. My Prime rib was 25% fat and my wife’s could not be cut with the steak knife loaded with tendon. Manager was accommodating and took my wife’s entree off the tab. Needs server training. For $50 expected prime grade..

    This restaurant has fabulous ambiance! And can easily with attention to detail become one of the most important restaurants in Branford. Wine service and list needs help. The wine was at room temperature, this was a Syrah and should not have been more than 65°. It was probably 73 or 74° and other patrons have noted the same thing. I ordered a ribeye, medium rare and it came medium well. A guest ordered filet mignon, medium, and it came rare. A steakhouse must be able to cook steak to order! My guest and my wife found the salad wanting, but my service of snails was fabulous!
