   Love Salon Gallo! We had an inventive Yucatan Paella that was fresh, flavourful and filling. Great cocktails too. We’ve enjoyed the covered outside tables in a rain storm or the inside dining room on sweltering Mérida nights. Highly recommend.

   Nos encanto todo!!! El lugar es muy original y la comida esta exquisita felicidades al cheff!!! Una fusion deliciosa!!! La atencion excepcional de lo mejor que he probado en Merida!!!! Regresaría sin pensar a este lugar gracias por todo!!!

   Donnie and the team at Vana are awesome. They always create such a welcoming experience. The space is gorgeous and the cocktails and food are terrific but it’s the staff that make a visit to Vana always an exceptional experience. We always bring our guests who are visiting Merida to Vana and the night there is always their favorite. Thank you for creating so many wonderful memories.

   Todo muy rico, atención y demás pero nos tocó un día con el salón vacío y había un DJ con la música demasiada alta que no te permitía platicar a gusto.

   The restaurant seems considerably diminished compared to our past experiences. Wine list pared down to nearly nothing, menu uninspiring, everything felt tired and a bit neglected. The waitress was very attentive and hard working but that was not enough to make up for the rest. I will try it again in a few months to see if it was just an off moment and hope to have a better opinion to share then.

   Me sorprendieron los platillos, desde los clásicos hasta los mas arriesgados. Uj concepto diferente con nuchobpotencia. No está terminado el concepto y esos e nota pero es entendible porque es muy grande y tienen muchas ideas.

   The ribs and onion soup were to die for. Decent margarita and a huge mojito. The pork tacos and the salad lokal were also solid. We were Nice folks, friendly service and very generous portions. A great date night!
