   This was the worst dining experience. I have never experienced such bad service. Basically we were ignored after being seated. No waiter or waitress came over to our table until I had to notify an employee. Once we had a waiter service still did not improve. We watched as all the tables around us were served while we didn’t get our drink orders, kids meals or our entrees. We had no choice but to get up and leave to find food for our kids elsewhere. We dine out frequently and have never had such a bad experience. I hope management reads this to investigate what happened and works to improve customer experience. This was our second visit to this establishment and sadly we will not return.

   Food was amazing as well as our waiter. He was very attentive and made sure we were out in time for our later reservation. The overall service from the hostess stand to the bartender, etc was lacking. Took 25 minutes after reservation time to get seated and 15 minutes for initial waiter visit to table.

   Such a great dinner at Saint George on a Saturday night! We had inside dining and loved the creative menu. Holiday season in St Augustine is very busy so service was a tad slow…but nothing we couldn’t deal with. To our surprise there was a Bing Crosby type singer in the dining room…it was perfect! We will definitely be back!

   Not a stellar evening for Saint-George. Over booked and over worked. Skip it until management gets a grip. Staff is fine, no issue at all with the people forced to try to work under tough circumstances

   It was bad… soda flat, pour foundation soda in pitcher and take upstairs and use. Manager constantly moving tables around, wanted us to move for another party. We had a filet and not sure what it was…never had a Ceasar salad chopped into tiny pieces…waitress never checked on us thru out whole meal… we will not be back.

   Very disappointed in dining experience. The restaurant should also include a disclaimer when making a reservation that the main dining room requires patrons to walk up 20 steps and there is no elevator. Also, service was very slow and disorganized. We watched several parties leave after not being served timely or ignored for 10-15 min after sitting down. It was a waste of $$$$.

   Service was poor. Food wasn’t good. Then was told the item we sent back would be taken off only to have a “dissatisfied customer discount” of 1/4 of the price of the appetizer. Asked for manager, never came. Then after I had to go find the manager myself down the stairs because the bartender noticed I was upset the manager then argued with me about how much we ate of the appetizer and that I should have complained earlier when I clearly tried and no one was around to listen. Was very rude and petty. First experience in this town and definitely not off to a great start.

   This just might be my new favorite place! My ribeye and the toffee rum bread pudding were divine. The staff is pleasant and professional.The views are incredible. What a terrific night
