   Wonderful rooftop bar for pre-dinner cocktails. The ambiance in the restaurant is warm and upscale but not stuffy The food from the bouillabaisse, boar cannelloni, hamachi and mixed mushroom main course were all enjoyed at our table. Service was friendly and timely. They made us all feel welcome.

   Amazing food and 5 star service. From the carefully crafted cocktails, great wine list and love the rooftop bar as well. The bouillabaisse is outstanding.

   Exceptional Dining at Sage – A Must-Try in Sarasota My experience at Sage in Sarasota was nothing short of phenomenal. From the ambiance to the service and, most importantly, the food, everything exceeded expectations. The highlight of the evening was the seared foie gras and crispy duck—both executed to perfection. The foie gras was rich, buttery, and expertly seared, while the duck had the perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and tender, flavorful meat on the inside. The accompaniments enhanced each bite, making for an unforgettable dish. Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. A big thank you to Chris for making the experience even more enjoyable with attentive and knowledgeable recommendations. If you’re in Sarasota and looking for an upscale dining experience that delivers on flavor, technique, and atmosphere, Sage is the place to go. Highly recommend!

   We love most of the Chefs seasonal dishes that he creates, The flavors are fantastic. The waiters/waitresses are very good and helpful. The atmosphere is very inviting and perfect for date nights or get togethers. This is a hidden gem in Sarasota! One of our favorite restaurants.

   Drinks/mixology made for a lovely start to an excellent meal. Tim our waiter added to the experience. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We always enjoy an evening out at Sage.

   My husband and I both had the boar cannelloni and it was incredible! Not my normal go to, but it was amazing. Always a great meal and wonderful service.

    We enjoyed the ambiance, the food and great service. One bonus beyond a great meal…you could actually hear one another without shouting. Highly recommend!!
