   The crabcakes are one of the best features on their menu. They are 98% crab meat and very good quality. Another great feature on their menu is the lobster roll. This restaurant is a hidden gem for the Cocoa Beach area.

   The Sage Bistro is The Culinary Gem of the Cape. The entire experience was an absolute delight. The staff, from the owners to the bartender, welcome with a warm smile and make you feel right at home. The drink and food recommendations were spot on. The crab cakes were the best I ever had!! The food quality at Sage Bistro is exceptional. I so enjoyed the charm and culture of this easily overlooked restaurant. Did I mention the amazing crab cakes!?!

   It was absolutely fabulous! I have traveled all over the country and in other parts of the world. Anytime I see crab cakes on the menu I try them. I have never had crab cakes as good as I had here at Sage Bistro. They were amazing and there was more crab than there was breading. My husband had the pork chop and he said it was the best pork chop he had ever had. It was tasty and moist and delicious. My friend had the chorizo mahi and said it was amazing. our waitstaff, Kelly, was personable, accommodating, and delightfully conversational. I highly recommend Sage Bistro. We will definitely be eating here again.

   We absolutely loved Sage. The food was incredible, everything tasted homemade and made with love. They did forget to bring our salads out, but we were so happy with everything else we didn’t even mention it. The owner was our server and she was so attentive and fun, couldn’t have asked for a better night out.

   We have gone to Sage for years. Even after new ownership it was good. Last night was horrible, who offers Filet Mignon for “2” and only gives 1 salad, 1 vegetable to “share”. The add was very misleading and the waitress and owner treated us like we were the idiots. I got the regular Filet Mignon meal for $34.00 and my friends ordered the “special” for $48.00 and there was absolutely no difference, my Filet was cut into two pieces like theirs. Never again! Waitresses don’t wear name tags. We miss the old owners ☹️

   Oh no! Certainly we are a bit confused as you seemed happy at the table. We were just trying to understand what it is you wanted to order. The feature was two-4 ounce filet mignon medallions instead of one 8 oz cut which comes with bread service, choice of salad or caesar salad, broccolini or asparagus and mashed potatoes. No where did it state that it was a Dinner for "2". However, you certainly could've shared the meal, as it was explained to you at the table. Sorry that made you feel like an "idiot." Your friend ordered the angus sirloin which is always on the dinner menu, that was not the same dish that you ordered. The old owners are very nice people, we agree! Also, thank you for trying our food and expressing how good it is.

   Everything was PERFECT. We went there with our service dog. The owners were extremely accommodating. The service was great and the food was amazing.

    A great dining experience, from the greeting at the door, to the farewell as I departed. The team is gracious, the food is excellent, and I left happy that I stopped in for a meal.
