   The food was excellent! Our only disappointment at this location was the ambiance. For some reason, we were seated in the bar section of the restaurant. The bar section just seemed off. Lightning was very bright, just kind of weird for a steakhouse. My husband said he felt like we were at Outback Steakhouse. The food and service made up for it, though.

   Long Beach Ruth Chris location is very popular! even with a set reservation you’re likely to wait an additional 10-15minutes to be seated… food is consistent and tasty and waiter are friendly!

   One of the best Ruth’s Chris location. The food was amazing, everything on the menu is good. The service was incredible. They gave us space and didn’t interrupt.

   My husband and I went out to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary along with his birthday.  The staff was wonderful and food was exceptional.  Our waiter Shane did a great job. He was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed !  I love this location

   The place is usually great, but definitely seems to be struggling with volume due to a local convention. With a reservation still had to wait a half hour some people actually had to wait one hour. The servers were trying their hardest, but clearly overwhelmed, which led to a less than normal dining experience from a Ruth’s Chris. I’m not gonna say the place is horrible because you know what you’re getting when you go to a Ruth’s Chris however I would steer clear of this place during any type of convention in Long Beach. The one thing I didn’t like is the manager told us that we could sit outside rather than wait when it was actually 40° and windy - freezing for Cali !!! Unreal. Not my issue that people weren’t getting up to free up tables, do better with that please. I think he could’ve controlled that better.

    First time at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and the food was very satisfying the Pomegranate Martini very delightful.
