   We decided to have dinner here on NYE. We normally go to the Anaheim location, but this was the only one we could get reservations at. Our reservation was for 8:30pm. They clearly overbooked the time slots because we were seated until 9:30pm. We ordered food and drinks. The drinks took forever to get to us. The stuffed chicken was brought out first and the sides came about 10 minutes later. 4 people ordered stuffed chicken and not one of the birds were stuffed with anything. The sides taste like they normally do. The second round of drinks weren’t good. Our server decided to make them because the bar tender was busy. BIG MISTAKE. The server was really nice despite everything. The manager spoke to us as well. Discounted the bill for the experience. Will I go back to Ruth Chris? Yes. Will I go back to the Long Beach location? Never. Anaheim or Irvine would never be so unorganized with dry chicken.

   Overall it was fine but steak was dry so we were disappointed! Usually the filet mignon is great. Service was good. Our waiter Eric with Daniel assisting were attentive.

   First time at a Ruth Chris. Outstanding place for a upscale dinner and birthday celebration. Our waitress Dee was phenomenal. Checked on us thru out and made sure we had everything we needed. Explained the menu and made suggestions. Tasted wine to find one we liked. First class. Drinks were great. What a pleasant experience when the waiter is so vested in our group having the best dinner experience possible. Shrimp cocktail , garlic mashed potatoes, T-bone steaks cooked to perfection by the marvelous cook. Mac n cheese, creamed spinach and crème brûlée with mixed berries. Everything was awesome. We will be back soon and even try their happy hour. Great service, great meal, and great management. Thank you Dennis

   We truly enjoyed the food, although it did take almost a half hour for us to get our drinks. It was a crazy busy holiday night, so the servers were really struggling.  we will certainly return

   Unfortunately we had another bad experience with the same server (Mario). Started out great and gave him our entire order on the front end since we were going to see a show and didn’t have as much time as we would have liked. Our appetizers eventually made it before our drinks and then we waited and waited for our entrees at which point our side dish and glass of wine had been forgotten so we asked for them to be removed from our bill. We were celebrating our little boy and wanted to treat him to a nice experience. He was so patient for waiting so long for his food and we had to skip his dessert to get out in time so that was a bummer. Our server never checked in during the wait for our entrees and was no where to be found. We will go with a different location next time.

   Food came out cold and Wrong. Our waitress was very unprofessional. I made a standard reservation and we seated in the bar area. We were a group of ladies of color and I felt we treated unfairly. I have been going to Ruth Chris for years and I have never been treated as such. I’m so saddened by today experience. I would love to speak to someone about this 213-804-0079.

    As usual, the service was impeccable and the food perfect! I am very appreciative that my husband’s birthday was kindly acknowledged. He loved it!
